[Bug 8016] New: C&C3, Xrandr/other screen resolutions broken random tearing occurs

If I run C&C3 at my monitor's native screen res of 2560x1600 it renders fine, 
however if I drop the resolution below 2560x1600 it renders with this error, 
this occurs at any lower res, 1280x1024 1600x1200 etc etc.
