At least it seems a little different than the OR. It is probably hard to clearly distinguish the different bugs. But as far as I see this the OR was about startup crashes - not in-game crashes. So we should stuck to the start-up crashes here.
I disagree.
I took startup to mean the game starting the game from the menu, which is the crash I originally confirmed over a year ago, because changing to opengl as per the original report works around the d3d crash on level loading. Which is different from what Austin later posted to say that both modes segfault immediately.
