I have a problem when I launch Project64. It gives me this error:
"err:wgl:X11DRV_wglGetProcAddress No libGL on this box - disabling OpenGL
support !"
If it can help:

glxinfo |grep -i openGl
OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL renderer string: Quadro FX 570M/PCI/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 2.1.2 NVIDIA 169.07
OpenGL extensions:

I know there is another bug related here with Projet64, and which has been
solved:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3545
but it doesn't seem to me to be the same
