While I did find what may be an installer for BBTalk at
https://cdn.garenanow.com/talktalk/pc_update/GarenaTalkTalk.exe, I'm not sure
that the underlying online service is still functional. I'm able to install and
launch BBTalk, but neither registration or attempted sign-in seems to be
working.

I didn't see any further information to help reproduce the original issue, so
I'm resolving this bug as abandoned.
