I already fixed the issue by reinstalled my linux mint and i have no issue on
winegstreamer.dll anymore because i found out that my OS inside of SSD was
installed using old intel pentium 4 laptop and i tried to boot on ryzen 3 then
run max payne 2. i just got an error from winegstreamer.dll. maybe there is
some issue between migrating old hardware to new hardware. So i have to
reinstalled and try to run again with same wine version, it is run normally
now.
