To work around a drawing issue.
disable d2d1 dll.

Run the DiagramEditor.exe example
Select the "RoundBox" on screen
In Diagram Properties List, Click the ... of Outline Brush
This will show the Edit Brush dialog.
Move Opacity Slider to about half way though.

Use the keyboard to move the slider.
Left,Right,PgUp,PgDown,End,Home.

The preview reflects there is a change but the thumb stays in the same place.
