I also tried to run this game on WinXP on VirtualBox 2.2.2 with wine installed
as DirectX renderer - game runs but very slowly (approx. 1-2 fps). As I
understand right, it's because of VBox's OpenGL Chromium driver which emulates
only OpenGL 1.5.

My configuration is:
AMD Athlon64 X2 5000 (2.6 GHz), 
4GB RAM
nVidia 8300 GS (512 MB RAM)
nVidia binary driver (180.51)
kernel - 2.6.27.21-170.2.56.fc10.x86_64
Fedora 10 x86_64
