[Bug 10863] Setup of ie5 and 6 fails with IE generated error; ie setup complains that a newer version has been found

rm -rf ~/.wine
wine iexplorer http://winehq.org
And click "Install".

IE will not work on Wine as-is even when installed. You are welcome to use
ies4linux but don't bother submitting bugs here when using it.
