[Bug 58335] Wine can fail if avx is not available

Good News. Just woke up at about 6:40am 8/30 and run updated with wine 10.14

Had no problem with installation and wine notepad ran with no problem.
Did do regular wine update and installed the wine mono and the wine notepad
opened with no issues. So guess 10.14 has solved whaever was the inssue in 10.9
thru 10.13 with my older notebook.
