Speedy Blupi and Speedy Blupi 2 are marketed as Speedy Eggbert 1 & 2 by eGames. The trial versions downloadable from http://www.egames.com/game/download/speedy+eggbert+bundle.html use 16-bit graphics and show the same problem. (You'll need to do "winetricks ie6" before running the game in order for the trial front-end to work.)
