The run in the attached log file was run under rc1, and consisted of opening
the program, moving the mouse to the title bar of the 3d window and clicking on
the title bar, at which point the flashing crossed-arrow cursor appeared and
the keyboard and mouse buttons were not accepting input. I double-clicked on
the background, with no effect, so I killed X with crtl-alt-backspace.
