Summary: Installing AutoCAD R14 Product: Wine Version: 1.3.2 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: dasmith@electronicaidesdesign.com
I have a question. What causes a "write: Bad file descriptor" error 423? I have been trying to install AutoCAD R14 with wine-1.3.2-1mdv2008.1.i586.rpm with this "write: Bad file descriptor" error. I have ran winetricks corefonts tahoma before trying to install AutoCAD R14. The following text is displayed during the AutoCAD R14 install setup.exe execution:

I just tried removing wine-1.3.2-1mdv2008.1.i586.rpm and reinstalled wine-1.1.32-1mdv2008.1.i586.rpm and tried again to install AutoCAD R14 but the same "write: Bad file descriptor" error 423 occurred again. I had successfully installed AutoCAD R14 a few months ago through wine and now I can't seem to do it.
Any ideas or suggestions to try?
Thank you,
David A. Smith
