I don't think this has solely to do with Compiz Fusion.

As you may see, only the Wine window is affected. Any other window (console or
any other program I use on linux is showing properly).
This is however affecting any pop-up window that I may have using Wine and
these can not be moved, resized or closed (note that the title in the task bar
is also missing).
