[Bug 12912] Torque Game Builder: Blanks the screen.

Troubleshooting:

- Started TGB and monitor 0 blanked.  Left TGB running and started Catalyst
Control Panel.  Clicked "Display Manager" and the red display identification
blocks showed up on both monitors.  Clicked cancel to close Catalyst Control
Panel and screen 0 came back!  Able to drag windows, including TGB to it, as
normal.
- Closed TGB and restarted it.  Screen black again.  Catalyst start and cancel,
screen fixed again.
