[Bug 9313] InstallShield Wizard exits because requires newer system

I don't understand what I do with this bit of command line code.  Obviously I
don't cut-and-paste into csh.  I've been trying to run this installer by using
"wine prog.exe".

I am leaving town in half an hour.  I am not get back to this until next week.
