Just tried, and the same problem still occurs w/ CVS 2004/01/24. 
No native DLLs whatsoever installed.

On another odd note, the Corel Draw installer created some weird directories 
before exiting claiming it doesn't have admin privileges:

C:\My Do 
C:\Wi 
C:\WIN 
C:\WINDOW 
C:\WINDOWS???
