To install it, remove (if exists) any drive in Wine that references to "/" (or the installation it is going to take forever "searching for existing components"). When the installation finishes, you can restore them. Also it is necessary to create a DWORD key in the registry path "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Money\7.0" with the name "HelpPaneState" and value 0x280 to disable the help system, that hangs Money 99 in Wine.
