Logs of thesignifier.exe for `winetricks renderer=vulkan` without any
WINEDEBUGs

Attached are thesignifier.exe logs for `winetricks renderer=vulkan`

Unlike dx11_video_player there are no obvious diffs between `winetrick
renderer=vulkan` and DXVK regarding video playback.

Both `winetrick renderer=vulkan` and DXVK display a black background where the
video should be rendered so maybe these log diffs will reveal something more
interesting.
