[Bug 16183] Popup text is immediately overwritten by background in IDA Pro

Tested with Wine 10.9 on Ubuntu 22.04 running on VMware.
Created fresh 32bit prefix.
Installed IDA5.0 Free.

During start there are couple of messageboxs with information.
Keyboard layout error:
Failed to get the scan code of '~'
(VkKeyScan failure)

Eventually application showed the options: 
Disasemble new file or Work on your own.
Did not matter which i choose both selection leads to crash with message show
on attached screenshot.
