I'm seeing the same behavior on a wine build recently checked out of git (last commit I have is b0bc037d36e7fa83e9d5395dd916daee1a96e375 from Feb 9). When I first click "Test Sound", it plays some garbled noise. Second click freezes. A "+tid,+mmdevapi,+winmm,+dsound,+oss,+alsa,+coreaudio" log is attached.
