Hello folks,

I now remembered this one again (didn't find upon first search).

Merging this one into bug 46149 which requests the whole family
'ntdll.dll.RtlIpv4StringToAddress{A,W,ExA,ExW}' to be implemented.
They can be implemented as pairs on top of each other.
