That's not supported. Install it under wine and retest
If you check wine app db, and from what I tried, it's not installable with wine. This is why I used this workaround.
I'm surprised to see no bug about it has been opened...I'll open one.
There is a bug, it's just not linked to the appdb entry (which I have just attempted to rectify): https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34989
