Example screenshot of the stuck at the loading splash screen

Attached a screenshot of the screen when it gets stuck.
Notice, that there's a window opening on the right side with the title 'TERA
(64-bit, DX11)', but no matter how long I wait, nothing happens in it. All that
can be seen, is a glitched version of other windows (in this case, the one on
the right).
