Did you upgrade your .wineprefix with removing the old wineprefix and doing
wineprefixcreate?

I mean in 0.9.50 *both* msvcp80.dll and the manifest are there and running
vcredist is not an issue (at least with win 2000, with XP it is not completing
but you still get the manifestst.).
