I still don't understand what you mean by, "it doesn't install". Please
elaborate. What happens during the install gave you the idea that mscoree needs
to be 'disabled'? What do you mean by disabling mscoree?

Are you referring back to one of the already attached logs, or did you forget
to attach a new log?
