I can't reproduce this, the chat app starts fine with recent Wine 1.7.x
$ sha1sum ViberSetup.exe b0413846c8e612be81737468c9942896ac916963 ViberSetup.exe
$ du -sh ViberSetup.exe 65M ViberSetup.exe
$ wine --version wine-1.7.50
