https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/fedora/42/ just shows a blank page. There should be packages for wine-devel and wine-staging 10.6, and wine-stable 10.0 for Fedora 42.
That was a permissions problem. The files/dirs were not world readable, so it generated a blank html document. Fixed.
