If they're different then it would, do you know how to compile a patched
version of Wine?  I suspect that there's going to be no difference between the
two, since it appears that the file is just bugged.  Instead of seeing the
normal list item code:
<LI>...</LI>
I see:
<LI>...<LI>

So, all Wine needs to do is ignore the buggy list item and move on to the next
item (what that patch does).
