Editor via Wine (notepad) no Numlock numbers avaiable

testet with my own programm: "VK-LEFT" comes for key 4 on numeric Key if
Numlock on or off

Leafpad do it correct

wine 1.6.2 via VNC4Server on LXDE-desktop
