Sorry Anastasius, I can not do what you ask me because I already installed a
direct X version (9.0c) and now the game launches normally.
This bug is resolved for me.

You said "Also avoid having too many games (with too many different
prerequisites/runtimes) installed in the same Steam WINEPREFIX.
This messes up the prefix at some point and makes bug reports invalid."

Thank you for the advice Anastasius, I heard you a moment ago about that and
now I always make a new prefix before to report bug.
