[Bug 3269] regedit doesn't support deleting keys or values based on .reg file

I also just ran into this with wine 0.9.15.  Putting - for a value to delete it gives this:

regedit: warning - unsupported registry format '0', treat as binary

and puts the hex value into the registry: hex(0):2d
