So, now that I did, whether it was something on my side or yours, but the problem no longer happens.
As what happened is unclear, I'm given it a different resolution than FIXED. (also not sure about that old 'physics' bug, as both I'm sure if it was real in the first place and it happened a couple hours into the game)
