What version of Worms Armageddon are you running?

In recent Beta updates, the chat panel is automatically opened at the start of
a network (incl. WormNET) game.

Note that:
1) In offline games, it is possible to open the chat panel. The game is paused
while it is opened.
2) A network game with only one player (the host) is considered as an offline
game. This is done to allow enabling some options accessible only in the
network game lobby in offline games.
