I tested the original reported version (1.7.3) and it still crashes on start
for me on wine-6.0rc1, but native dotnet doesn't help (I tried winetricks -q
dotnet40).

Since the issue isn't limited to Wine-Mono, I'll close this bug and open a new
one about the other problem.

I'll test version 1.8.3 as well and open a bug if necessary.
