On attempting to run Dustforce, I get the following messages:

err:module:import_dll Loading library d3dx9_43.dll (which is needed by
L"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dustforce\dustforce.exe")
failed (error c000007b).
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\Program Files
(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dustforce\dustforce.exe" failed, status
c0000135

Note that there is a d3dx9_43.dll present in the same directory as
dustforce.exe, and that dll is for 64-bit (while the .exe 32-bit). I've
checked, and the dll is also present on a Windows machine where the game runs
correctly.

This used to work, but it appears the problem was introduced by a game update,
not a Wind update.
