Apologies for using a wine package with patches -- i was mainly looking for an
easy way to test this problem with wine 6.19, but after building and installing
6.19 myself I can confirm that this issue persists the same way it did with
that package as well. as i mentioned this issue is also present in wine-6.14.

I attached my log from Renoise & Wine while using the 6.19, but it appears
largely the same, although the one I built has more 3d acceleration issues but
i don't think that's the problem. (the package i was using had a number of
patches for direct 3d and vulkan)
