Ehh, it's very weird. I can't reproduce the issue reliably. But when I can,
bisecting points to the same commit.

Yes, it's clean prefix.

Not sure, I have it both ways. Sometimes it work, sometimes the problem just
goes away.

Haven't tried that. Steam on XP uses older version of CEF, which shouldn't call
UpdateProcThreadAttribute at all. I'll try it when I can reproduce the issue
again.
