Please, test the patch #3 of the above link. If this patch does not fix your problem, attach the following log file:
$ WINEDEBUG=+xrender wine OpenLP.exe &> openlp_debug_xrender.txt $ WINEDEBUG=+font wine OpenLP.exe &> openlp_debug_font.txt
