Ok, but... again: why the same game (with the same mono) works under Windows with the same timezone that Wine/Linux (in my case, America/Buenos Aires)?
Because Windows and Linux report different time zone information. Again, this is a Mono bug, and it has been confirmed and fixed by Mono developers.
