Gothic 3 has a freely downloadable standalone demo,
095b5f736dd57f30a45a4ac2d9369354c601dfc9 Gothic3Demo.exe
which runs ok with "winetricks d3dx9_36" (see bug 28055).
With vcomp=builtin, it crashes with
unimplemented function vcomp.dll._vcomp_fork
