wine start "terminal.exe" "mql4buy:/signal/subscribe/50427.MWsclp"
or
wine start "terminal.exe" "50427.MWsclp"
or
wine start "terminal.exe" "/signal/subscribe/50427.MWsclp"
even if the program run or not. It doesn't do anything.
