For this error message :
err:ntlm:SECUR32_initNTLMSP ntlm_auth was not found or is outdated. Make sure
that ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25 is in your path.

It's very strange because "Silent Hunter 5", an Ubisoft's game use the same DRM
system that "Assassin's Creed 2" and "The Settlers 7".

a player can playt correctly at this game so i can connect at Ubisoft's server.
