Debug output while in game

Wine debug output with :
+tid,+mmdevapi,+winmm,+driver,+midi,+dsound,+dsound3d,+dmusic,+mci,+oss,+alsa,+coreaudio

The begining of the log if missing (too long to be displayed in terminal).I'll
post another log file with only the initialisation of the game.

I lost all my savegames so I can't launch the parts of the game which had a lot
of ambiant sound effects making me lag...I hope it will be enough
