Definitely NOT my point.
I'm saying that either:
- upstream knows about the issue and is ignoring it
(upstream will advise to turn the check off)
- upstream knows about it and is working on it
(check will eventually be refined)
- upstream knows how to do it *without* triggering that check after all

Cause if the upstream is not aware of the problem,
it can't fix it.
