I just tested every step on Windows 10 64Bit and it works fine. Could you please email me (no post here) the log file of the installation which you can find
C: \Users\Public\Documents\Notation_3\Composer_3\Installation\Notation_Installat ion_LOG.log
and if it exists
C: \Users\Public\Documents\Notation_3\Composer_3\Installation\Notation_Software_ LOG.log
and a screen shot of what you are seeing. Let's handle this issue via email until it is resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Nevermind, I figured it out. It doesn't like being run from a network mounted drive.
