can you please try that patch?
I noticed three behaviours:
1) no WINEDEBUG Wine error
2) WINEDEBUG=ntoskrnl Wine error + "do I want to send information to developer"
3) WINEDEBUG=relay "do I want to send information to developer" and application exits
