I can confirm this issue in 1.3.33. This is possibly relevant in the console
output:

err:module:import_dll Library M5_EmuSmw5.dll (which is needed by L"C:\Arquivos
de programas\BREW 3.1.5\sdk\bin\Modules\IMediaMA5.dll") not found

The file do exist but it can't be loaded. Any hints?
