When submitted a new screenshot, it will appear in user's Queued Items. When clicking "Edit" on an screenshot item, user could see, and edit it's description. But the screenshot image itself is not displayed. When opening browser to the image address (http://appdb.winehq.org/appimage.php?bQueued=true&iId=....) will get an error "Insufficient privileges.".
This might be the issue only when it's an ordinary user (not a maintainer) that submitted the screenshot.
