When launching EmEditor, I get an infinte ammount of the following error in the
terminal:

fixme:mlang:fnIMultiLanguage_GetCodePageInfo

The application, in this case, refuses to start.

Using a Win2K mlang dll fixes this problem, apparently, though I have not tested
(this Win2K thing was reported by a Mike).
