[Bug 9660] Microsoft Money 2001 crashes during install

After using "winetricks dcom98", the installer now brings up the following
message during the install...

"Setup was unable to install all of the components. Please close all
applications and try running Setup again."

Clicking ok results in the installer completing with a "Success" message, but
then on trying to run Money itself results in the following message...

"Money requires some components of Internet Explorer 5 in order to function
properly. Please reinstall Internet Explore 5 so these components can be
added."

Is there a work around for this too?
